Step into a world of floating lanterns, enchanted paintings, magical forests, and hidden towers as Ballet Kalamazoo presents Rapunzel, an original story ballet inspired by the beloved fairy tale.

​

Created especially for our dancers, this production reimagines the story of Rapunzel through original choreography, theatrical storytelling, and imaginative new characters that bring her inner world to life.

​

From glowing Sunbeams and mysterious Tower Shadows to painted fairies, moonlit gardens, and swirling seasons, audiences will journey through a magical kingdom where hope, courage, and love guide Rapunzel home.
